Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Instaberry Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Future Baby Predictor: AI Face app for iOS (the "App"). The App is an entertainment app. Every image and score it produces is an AI-generated visualization for fun — not a genetic, medical, scientific or biometric prediction.
1. Summary
- No account or sign-up is required. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Photos are uploaded only when you tap Generate or Reveal, used only to create your result, and deleted from our server right after processing.
- Your photos and results are stored on your device until you delete them.
- We never sell your data, and face data is never used for ads, analytics, tracking or AI training.
2. Face Data
What we collect. When you choose to use a feature (Future Baby, Couple Baby, Baby Me, Age Me, Future Me, Childhood Me, Age Timeline, Face Remix, Future/Royal/Career Look, Age Detector, Celebrity Match, Family Resemblance), the app uses the photos you select, which contain faces ("face data"). We do not create or store facial geometry, face templates, or biometric identifiers, and we never use face data to identify, authenticate, or recognize anyone.
How it is used. Before upload, the app uses Apple's on-device Vision framework only to check that a photo contains one clear face; this check stays on your device and nothing from it is stored or sent. When you tap Generate or Reveal, the selected photos are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server and processed solely to create the result you asked for: an AI-generated image, or an entertainment text result such as an estimated apparent age, a resemblance percentage, or look-alike suggestions. Couple Match is calculated entirely on your device and its photos are never uploaded. Face data is not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or to train any AI model.
Sharing. Face data is shared only with the service providers needed to create your result: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosts our server and temporary storage) and Google LLC (the Gemini API, which generates the result). Under Google's paid Gemini API terms, Google does not use submitted prompts, images, or responses to improve its products; Google may log them for a limited period solely to detect abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell face data or share it with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other third party.
Retention and deletion. Uploaded photos are deleted from our server automatically as soon as your result has been created. Generated results are deleted from our server as soon as your device downloads them, and in any case within 24 hours. Text analyses (Age Detector, Celebrity Match, Family Resemblance) are processed in memory and never stored on our server. On your device, your photos and results stay in the app's private storage (excluded from iCloud backup) until you delete them from My Creations or use Settings › Data Management › Delete All Data. Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device.

Usage events never include photos, face data, or the content of your results.
4. Advertising and tracking
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, with Yandex Mobile Ads used only when AdMob has no ad available. On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow the App to track you (App Tracking Transparency). If you allow it, these ad networks may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using that identifier. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In regions where it is required, we also ask for consent through Google's consent form. Premium subscribers see no ads. 5. Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Firebase Analytics to count anonymous app events, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports, so we can improve stability and features. This data is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy terms.
6. Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment card details. The App only receives confirmation of whether you have an active subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
7. Device permissions
- Camera – only when you choose Take Photo.
- Photo Library – only to pick a photo you choose, or to save a result when you tap Save.
- Notifications – optional, local reminders only; no push server is used.
- Tracking – optional, see section 4.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided photos through the App, contact us and we will help delete any related data.
9. Your choices and rights
You can delete any creation in My Creations, delete everything with Settings › Data Management › Delete All Data, turn off tracking in iOS Settings, and uninstall the App at any time. Because we do not operate user accounts, we hold no server-side profile about you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or object to processing of your data. 10. Security
All communication with our server uses HTTPS. Photos on your device are stored in the App's private, file-protected storage and excluded from iCloud backup. Server-side copies exist only temporarily, as described in section 2.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App.
